The D.A.C. premises will be available from 5:00 p.m. and must be vacated by 12:30 a.m. An additional security charge will be applied if Rentee does not comply with or wishes the facilities to be available longer.
All music must cease at 12:00 midnight on Fridays & Saturdays (11:30 p.m. Sundays - Thursdays), without exception.
Sales and consumption of all alcoholic beverages will cease at 11:45 p.m. on Friday & Saturday and 11:00 p.m. on Sunday - Thursday, without exception.
The volume of music must not be audible outside of our premises. Our security officers have the right and obligation to order the volume lowered as to not disturb the neighboring residents. Failure to comply will result in the termination of all music.
Renter is responsible for their guests. Patrons are advised to leave the D.A.C. as quietly as possible as to not disturb the peace of the neighborhood or litter the surrounding neighborhood as they leave. A litter clean up fee may be charged.
Renter agrees to pay any additional charges created by additional services requested during event, such as additional meals or beverages.
The Renter will assume full responsibility for damage to equipment or property caused by him/herself or any of his/her guests.
Rice and confetti (paper, metallic, etc.) throwing is not permitted either inside or immediately outside the building.
No bottles, cups, alcoholic beverages or food items may be taken off the D.A.C. premises.
NO BEVERAGES of any kind will be permitted to be brought on the premises by the Renter or any of its patrons, guests or invitees from the outside.
D.A.C. cannot be responsible for display material, equipment or decorations left by Renter.
The above rules are to be enforced by any D.A.C. officer, security guard, D.A.C. director or D.A.C. administrator present at a given function or any supervisory personnel under D.A.C. orders.
A copy of this agreement will be kept available to any responsible party for review during an event
